Shipping
Where we ship from
Every Sorraine order ships from a warehouse in the United States. Nothing is sent direct from overseas, which is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks.
Delivery times
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery is typically 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
Kits and bundles are assembled and packed as a single parcel — you'll receive one box and one tracking number, not four.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $65 or more — free.
- Orders under $65 — a flat shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
We don't inflate product prices to make shipping look free. If your order is under the threshold you pay the real cost of getting it to you.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Where we ship to
Currently the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We'd rather ship well to one country than badly to twenty. If you're elsewhere and want to be told when we expand, join the list.
If something goes wrong
Parcels are occasionally delayed, damaged or misdelivered by the carrier. That isn't your problem to solve. Contact us and we will replace the order or refund it.
