How does the No-Bend Cleaning System work
It is a cordless electric brush on a handle that extends from 12 inches to 54 inches. You charge it, attach the head you need, extend the handle, and hold it against the surface. The motor supplies the scrubbing so you can stay standing.
What is the difference between the No-Bend and the Detail system
The No-Bend is for large surfaces and anything you would otherwise kneel down for. Tubs, shower floors, tile, walls. The Detail system is handheld and is for close up work. Sinks, faucets, toilets, tight corners, countertops. Most homes have both kinds of job, which is why we sell both.
What surfaces can they be used on
Tubs, tables, washing basins, kitchen sinks, toilets, tile, grout, window glass, car surfaces and other everyday household surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first if the surface is delicate or polished.
How many brush heads come with it
The No-Bend Cleaning System comes with 8 replaceable heads and the telescopic extension rod. The Detail Cleaning System comes with 2 brush heads.
How fast does it spin
The No-Bend Cleaning System has two speeds, 220 RPM and 320 RPM. The Detail Cleaning System has three speed settings.
Do I need a special cleaning product
No. Use whatever cleaner you already use for that surface. The brush supplies the movement, not the chemistry.
Battery, charging and water
How long does the battery last
The No-Bend Cleaning System runs for about 90 minutes on a full charge. Run time is not published by the manufacturer for the Detail Cleaning System, so we do not list one.
How long does it take to charge
About three hours from empty to full for the No-Bend Cleaning System over USB-C fast charge. Charging time is not published for the Detail Cleaning System.
Does a wall plug come in the box
It depends on the product. The No-Bend Cleaning System includes both a USB-C cable and a wall charger, so you have everything you need. The Detail Cleaning System ships with the brush and two brush heads only, so you will need a USB charger and cable you already own.
Can I use the No-Bend around water
Yes. It is rated IPX7, so you can rinse it under a faucet without damaging it. We do not publish a water resistance rating for our other powered products, so treat those as splash resistant only and do not submerge them.
How do I clean the attachments
Rinse the head after use and let it dry before storing. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not put any part of a powered product in a dishwasher.
Shipping and delivery
Where do orders ship from
Our US warehouse. Nothing is sent from overseas, so there are no customs charges and no month long waits.
How long does shipping take
Orders are processed within one business day and typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days.
Can I track my order
Yes. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder and then email us.
Will a bundle arrive in one parcel
Not always. Items in a bundle can ship separately, and you will get tracking for each parcel.
Returns and support
What is the return policy
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason. The item needs to be in a resalable condition. Full details are on our refund policy page.
What happens if my order arrives damaged
Send us a photograph within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You will not need to ship the damaged item back.
